Do you offer custom framing?
Not at the moment, but we will happily refer you to local framers.
Our stretched canvases and photographs that we print & mount to gator foam with a hanger installed are products we offer that are ready to display.
What is the turn around time for a difficult restoration?
It takes about 5-8 business days to complete the work and print the image.
Can you make prints from my phone?
Yes we can make pictures from an iPhone and android smart phone.
The easiest way is to email your pictures to picture@perfectphotolab.com (use WeTransfer if you have a lot of files or files over 25 mb in total). Be sure to include your first & last name, phone number, desired print size, and whether you prefer Glossy or Luster (semi-gloss) finish.
Do you process and print film?
Yes, we develop, scan and print 35mm, 120mm, C-41 color negative and true black & white film.
Do you develop E6 color transparency film?
We no longer offer E6 film developing. However we do offer cross processing (slide film developed into a negative).
Can you make prints from slides?
Yes, we make prints from slides as well as digitally scan and archive color transparency slides.
How often do you process film?
We process film Tuesday-Friday from 10:00am until 12:00pm and b/w film on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Do you offer one-hour film developing?
We no longer offer one hour film developing, however we do offer same day color developing and printing (35mm C-41 and cross process E6).
Can you make prints the same day?
Yes we can, especially if you have the digital file on hand. We always strive to provide quick turnaround times but 24-hr turnaround time is never guaranteed. Our daily workflow is it to fulfill our customers jobs in the order they were submitted. We do have a 3 business day turnaround for all prints over 12×18, fine art prints, prints from negative, duplicates from original prints, and mounted prints. We have a 5-7 business day turnaround for canvases and restorations. We can accommodate rush services on a case-by case basis & for an additional fee.
Do you print for galleries and artists?
We have a great relationship with local artists and galleries. We have printed for Richard Levy Gallery, New Mexico State Fair, Heart Gallery and ANMPAS.
We have done custom printing for world renown artist Betty Hahn, Tom Barrow, Patrick Nagatani and Randy Ganulin to name a few.
Do you buy or fix cameras?
No, we can help you get film out of your camera that you would like developed, but we do not fix film or digital cameras or appraise or buy them. See our Local Resources page for recommended places that do.
